AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5666 - Described as a part of Tract "A ",
Garrett's Subdivision of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of
Section 5, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas; more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at the SW corner of said Tract "A ",
Garrett's Subdivision (also the SW corner of
said NE 1/4 NW 1/4) thence N020161H along the
West line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4 a distance of
667.64 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continue NO2 01618 696.39 feet to a point on the
South right -of -way line of Baseline Road;
thence South 87039'25 "E 626.82 feet; thence
502028159 11W 695.26 feet; thence N87 039'25 "W
624.2 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 10.0 acres more or less from MF -6
and MF -12 Multi - Family to R -2 Single Family.

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
