AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5657 - Described as a part of the SW 1/4 of the NW
1/4 of Section 3. T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of said SW 1/4 of the NW
1/4; thence H00036'44" West, a distance of 16.54
feet to the North line of Sibley Hole Road; thence
589009133" West, along said Sibley Hole Road, a
distance of 493.19 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence continuing along the North and East lines of
said Sibley Hole Road the following two (2) courses:
1. 589009133" West, a distance of 200.00
feet, and
2. N00006'21" East, a distance of 441.01 feet
tot he South line of Interstate Highway
No. 30;
Thence N64034'23" East, along said Interstate, a
distance of 395.00 feet; thence 514032113" West,
departing said Interstate, a distance of 627.77 feet
to the Point of Beginning, containing 3.19 acres,
more or less from R -2 Single Family to I -2 Light
Industrial. (Sibley Hole Road and I -30)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. Thal the ordinance shall take 'Refect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
