ORDINANCE NO. 16,371
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
z- 3875 -A - Described as part of the NE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described
as follows:
Starting at the NE corner of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4
Section 10; thence S89 053126" West along the North
line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 10 a distance of

the Point of Beginning; thence continuing

SECTION 2. That site plan review shall be required prior
building permits being issued; that primary access shall be
restricted to Kanis Road; and that there shall be no curb cuts
Junior Deputy Road.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
