ORDINANCE NO. 16,361
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
BOUNDARY STREET CONSTRUCTION, CURB - GUTTER
AND SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR HARE
SUBDIVISION ON STEWART ROAD (5 -962)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -201 of the Code
of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of certain
requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City
of Little Rock for Hare Subdivision (5 -962) as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -201 be
amended to provide for a waiver of boundary street
improvements on 880 feet of Stewart Road, including
sidewalk, curb and gutter.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
