AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15,004
PASSED DECEMBER 3, 1985 WHICH ESTABLISHED
HUNTERS RIDGE PRD (Z- 4523), EXTENDING THE
TERM OF APPROVAL AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the provisions of Ordinance No. 15,004
be amended to provide for the extension of the term of
approval for an additional two years from the date of this
ordinance.
SECTION 2. That this extension be the last term for
this project until and unless a complete resubmittal of the
development is accomplished. The review of the project is
required to assure conformity with the Highway 10 Land Use
Plan and the Design Overlay District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force and effect 30 days from and after its
passage.
