•ORDINANCE NO. 16.357 •
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5652 - Described as all that part of the
fractional NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 3,
T -1 -S, R -13 -W, more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of the said NW 1/4
NW 1/4 of Section 3 and run thence S00006'
East, along the West line thereof for 1,333
feet to the Point of Beginning of land herein
described; run thence 900006' East, for 127.33
feet to fence line; run thence S89032' East,
along fence line for 1,289.48 feet; thence
N00017' East, for 460.79 feet; thence 588045'
West, for 842.04 feet to a point that is 450
feet East of the West line of said NW 1/4 NW
1/4 and 1,033 feet South of the North line
thereof; run thence S00006' East, for 300 feet;
thence 588045' West, for 450 feet to the Point
of Beginning, containing 10.04 acres, more or
less from R -2 Single Family to 0-3 General
Office. (9219 Sibley Hole Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
