AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4120 -A - Described as a part of the SW 1/4 SW
1/4, Section 16, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at SW corner of the SW 1/4
SW 114 of said Section 16; thence N00 025135"
East along the West line of said Section 238.45
feet; thence S88031140" East 255.0 feet; thence
S02 02513511 West 237.94 feet to a point on the
South line of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section
16; thence N8803813611 West along said South
line of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 16 255.0
feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
1.39 acres more or less from C -1 Neighborhood
Commercial to C -3 General Commercial. (Vimy
Ridge Road and County Line Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
