AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE I -430 DISTRICT PLAN,
CHANGING AN AREA BETWEEN BOWMAN ROAD AND AUTUMN
ROAD, NORTH OF KANIS ROAD FROM MULTIFAMILY TO
MIXED USE AND SOUTH OF KANIS FROM NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL TO MIXED OFFICE COMMERCIAL.

WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission recommends the
area between Bowman and Autumn Roads should be allowed to develop
nonresidentially; and,
WHEREAS, to protect the area and allow for both mixed and an
orderly redevelopment, staff recommends the Planned Unit
Development Process for the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The land use plan, between Bowman Road and
Autumn Road north of Kanis Road, is changed from multifamily to
Mixed Use.
SECTION 2. The land use plan, south of Kanis and east of
Bowman Road, is changed from neighborhood commercial to mixed
office and commercial.
