AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PCD
DISTRICT TITLED HOME CENTER PCD,
16,515 CANTRELL (Z -5646) IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 Single Family to Planned
Commercial District.
A parcel of land in Sections 13 and 24, T -2 -N,
R -14 -W, Little Rock, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
TRACT A
Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 13, and part of the NE
1/4 NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 24, T -2 -N, R -14 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas being more particularly
described as follows: beginning at the Northeast
corner of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4 NW 14, a found iron
rod; thence N00 039159 "E, along the east line of said
SW 1/4 of Section 13, for 7.64 feet to the Southerly
right -of -way line (R -O -W) of State Highway 10

the Point of Beginning, containing 261,360 square
feet, 6.00 acres more or less.

feet) to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.01
acres.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Home Center PCD (Long -form PCD) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Article VII, Section 36 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. The this ORDINANCE shall takeffect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
