AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(A) Z- 4649 -A - Described as all of Lot 9, Block 12,
Braddocks Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas. From "I -2" to "R -3" (3824 West 18th Street).
(B) Z -4656 - Described as a part of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the SE 1/4, SW
1/4, Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence N 89° 51' West
along the south line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, 96.60 feet
to a point on the east line of Interstate Highway
No. 430, thence along the east line of Interstate
Highway No. 430 the following bearings and distances:
N 25° 04' W, 73.74 feet; N 19° 24' 25" W, 158.50; N 19°
38' 55" W, 166.88 feet; N 11° 36' 53" W, 445.29 feet;
thence 89° 53' 40" E; 320.62 feet to a point; thence S
0° 23' 58" E, 809.02 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 4.22 acres, more or less. Less and except
the right -of -way of Baseline Road being the south 40
feet of the above described property containing 0.08
acres, more or less. From "R -2" to "I -2" (I -430 and
Baseline Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
