AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
#300 PARKWAY PLACE DRIVE (Z- 4650),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the SW 1/4, NW 1/4 and the NW 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 5, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
described as follows: Starting at the SW corner of the
SW 1/4, NW 1/4 of said Section 5; thence S 01° 14' W,
27.7 feet; thence S 880 46' E, 30.0 feet to the point
of beginning; thence S 010 14' W, 82.75 feet; thence S
88° 46' E, 275.0 feet; thence N 01° 14' E, 80.0 feet;
thence N 770 01' E, 132.6 feet to a point on a 50 -foot
radius circle; thence along a chord of said circle,
N 05° 22' W, 45.0 feet; thence along a chord, N 45° 07'
E, 40.3 feet; thence along a chord, S 84° 58' E, 44.2
feet; thence along a chord, S 84° 06' E, 41.9 feet;
thence N 80° 10' E, 102.2 feet; thence N 080 10' E,
30.0 feet; thence N 46° 52' E, 177.25 feet; thence N
67° 50' E, 69.0 feet; thence N 220 10' W, 30.0 feet to
the P.C. of a 3441.7 feet radius curve to the left;
thence along said curve having a chord of N 230 49' W,
198.2 feet to the P.T.; thence N 25° 28' W, 112.8 feet
to the P.I. of a 25 -feet radius street intersection
turnout; thence S 64° 39' W, 225.0 feet to the P.C. of
a 778.5 feet radius curve to the left; thence along
said curve, said curve having a chord of S 570 36' W,
191.1 feet to the P.T.; thence S 500 33' W, 244.85 feet
to the P.C. of a 275.0 feet radius curve to the left;
thence along said curve, said curve having a chord of
S 250 54' W, 229.5 feet to the P.T., and the point of
beginning, containing 6.15 acres, more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
church and related activities.

SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby 161
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
