ORDINANCE NO. 15,082
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4623 - Described as a part of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 1,000.75 feet West and North 0°
06' W, 20 feet of the SE corner of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4;
thence N 00 06' W, 170.0 feet; thence W 136.88 feet;
thence S 00 06' E, 170.0 feet; thence E 136.88 feet to
the point of beginning from "R -2" Single Family
District to "C -3" General Commercial District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
