AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
A. Z- 4339 -A - described as: A parcel of land in the
NW 17T—,SE 1/4, Section 13, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as beginning at the SE
corner of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 13; thence
North 552.60 feet to the South right -of -way line
of Asher Avenue (Old Military Road); thence
N 850 21' W on said right -of -way 165.0 feet;
thence S 0° 03' E, 561.50 feet; thence
S 880 27' E, 164.00 feet to the point of beginning
containing 2.1 acres, more or less, from "C -3"
General Commercial to "C -4" Open Display
(6401 Asher Avenue).
B. Z -4606 - described as: Being the South 300 feet
or all that part of Section 7, T -1 -S, R -13 -W
described as follows: beginning at a point on the
West line of said Section 7 which point is on the
range line and the County Line said point being
1,099 feet North of the intersection of the range
line with the centerline of State Highway No. 5
and is also 1,178 feet South of the NW corner of
the S 1/2 of the fractional NW 1/4 of said Section
7; run thence S 89° 46' E for 825 feet; thence
S 000 06' W for 929.3 feet to the centerline of
State Highway No. 5; run thence S 78° W along the
centerline of said highway for 691 feet to a point
that is 122.5 feet due east of the range line; run
thence N 000 36' W for 843.2 feet; thence
N 89° 46' W for 130.4 feet to said range line; run
thence N 010 20' W along said range line for 226
feet to the point of beginning containing 16.5
acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single Family to
"C -3" General Commercial (12,300 Stagecoach Road).

C. Z -4614 - described as: Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 10,
Rittel and Holder's Second Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, from "R -3" Single Family to
"I -2" Light Industrial (Adams and West 30th SE
Corner).
D. Z -4618 - described as: Lots 1 and 2, Block 7,
Rueble and Leymer's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "R -3" Single
Family to "C -3" General Commercial (3400 and
3402 Mabelvale Pike).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
