ORDINANCE NO. 15,076
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1900 SIMPSON STREET (Z- 4617),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A parcel of land lying in the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section
24, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: commencing at the
NW corner of said SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 24; thence
run East 283.50 feet to a point of beginning; thence
run East 200.00 feet to a point; thence run
S 01° 01' E, 150.00 feet to the North right -of -way of
Simpson Street; thence run West along Simpson Street
200.00 feet to a point; thence run N 010 01' W, 150.00
feet to the point of beginning containing in all 0.69
acres, more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
church and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
