AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3613 -A - Described as part of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4, SW
1 4, Section 5, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly desribed as beginning at
the NW corner of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4, SW 1/4 said
Section 5 said corner also being the NE corner of
Lot 25, Block 5, Cedar Ridge an addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; thence S 87° 50' 12" E along the
North line of said NE 1/4, NE 1/4, SW 1/4 201.75 feet
to a point on the South right -of -way line of Shadow
Lake Drive; thence southeasterly along said South
right -of -way line being the arc of a 475 -foot radius to
the left having a chord bearing and distance of S 800
381 42 E, 123.0 feet to a point; thence S 880 02' 42"
E and continuing along said right -of -way line 320.08
feet to a point on the East line of said NE 1/4,
NE 1/4, SW 1/4; thence S 00 56' 58" W along the East
line of said NE 1/4, NE 1/4, SW 1/4 637.72 feet to the
SE corner of said NE 1/4, NE 1/4, SW 1/4; thence N 87°
58' 12" W along the South line of said NE 1/4, NE 1/4,
SW 1/4, 323.1 feet to a point; thence N 88° 54' 02" W
and continuing along said South line 316.81 feet to the
SW corner of said NE 1/4, NE 1/4, SW 1/4 said corner
also being located on the East line of Lot 33, Block 5
of said Cedar Ridge Addition; thence N 00 36' 38" E
along said West line of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4, SW 1/4 and
along the East line of said Cedar Ridge Addition,
658.90 feet to a point of beginning containing 9.4927
acres more or less from "MF -18" Multifamily to "R -2"
Single Family (Shadow Lake Drive at Nix Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
