AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
A. Z -4603 - Described as part of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, SW
174, Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, lying East of the
right -of -way of Geyer Springs Road including the Plat
of Lot 1, S. and T. Subdivision to the City of
Little Rock Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 31,
T- 1- N,.R -12 -W; thence N 0° 22' W, 957.3 feet; thence S
89° 50' E, 50.0 feet to the East line of Geyer Springs
Road and the point of beginning; thence S 89° 50' E,
300.0 feet; thence S 0° 22' E, 140.4 feet to the
Southeast corner of said Replat of Lot 1; thence S 89°
56' West along the South line of the said Replat of Lot
1, 300.0 feet to the Southwest corner of said Replat of
Lot 1 and East line of Geyer Springs Road; thence N 00
22' West along the East line 141.6 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.971 acres, more or less,
AND
The South 80 feet of Lot 2, S. & T. Subdivision in the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from
"R -2" Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial (8703
and 8705 Geyer Springs Road).
B. Z -4610 - Described as the East 25 feet of Lot 8, all of
Lot 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 21 in the town of
Mabelvale, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -3"
General Commercial (Mabelvale West and Main Street).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated districts map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to affect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
