AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE
WORKER'S COMPENSATION PROGRAM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated 0329,969 from the
City's General Fund to be allocated to the City's Worker's
Compensation Program.
SECTION 2. Funds to be received from the State of Arkansas
for the purpose of paying worker's compensation claims are hereby
appropriated to the City's Worker's Compensation Program once
those funds are received.
