AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PRD
DISTRICT TITLED UNITED CEREBRAL PALSY
GROUP HOME "PRD" (Z -4566) IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "R -2" Single
Family to "PRD" Planned Residential District.
Commencing at the SE corner of said SE 1/4, NE 1/4;
thence N 54° 11' 00" W, 311.0 feet to a point on the
westerly right -of -way line of Shackleford Road; thence
N 7° 15' 00" E along the westerly right -of -way line of
said Shackleford Road 283.5 feet; thence
N 830 45' 00" W, 123.5 feet to the point of beginning;
thence S 30 33' 13" W, 252.33 feet to a point on the
North line of West 36th Street; thence
N 70° 00' 51" W along the North line of West 36th
Street 173.53 feet; thence N 14° 39' 09' E, 202.44
feet; thence S 88° 30' 15" E, 127.55 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 0.770 acres, more or less
(10910 West 36th Street).
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for United Cerebral Palsy PRD is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval from the Planning
Commission within the time specified by Article IX, Section
9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
