AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
APPROXIMATELY 1/4 MILE WEST OF THE
END OF MORRISON ROAD (Z- 4602),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 32, T -2 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Starting at the NE corner of the
NW 1/4, Section 32, T -2 -N, R -13 -W; thence S 06° 20' 05"
W, 1,977.61 feet; thence N 84° 04' 12" W, 1,317.93
feet; thence N 81° 00' 44" W, 1,298.36 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue N 810 00' 44" W,
50.0 feet; thence N 040 46' 57" E, 50.0 feet; thence S
81° 00' 44" E, 50.0 feet; thence S 040 46' 57' W, 50.0
feet to the point of beginning containing 0.57 acres
more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
radio tower antenna transmission for mobile telephone
service.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
