AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
JUST SOUTHWEST OF THE INTERSECTION
OF SOUTHRIDGE ROAD AND RIVERCREST
DRIVE (Z- 4601), SETTING FORTH THE
CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A parcel of land in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 17, T -2 -N, R -13 -W and in the southern portion
of Lot 14, Block 2, Walton Heights Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: Begin at a point on the West line of Lot
17, Block 2, Walton Heights, which is 76.6 feet North
of the SW corner of said Lot 17 and run thence N 000
05' W and along the West line of Lot 17 and the said
West line extended a distance of 62.3 feet; thence N
650 08' W, 75.2 feet; thence S OS° 05' W, 94.9 feet;
thence N 89° 55' E, 81.8 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.14 acres more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
transmitting and receiving antenna for a mobile
telephone service.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
