AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
3700 NORTH RODNEY PARHAM ROAD
(Z- 2840 -A), SETTING FORTH THE
CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A tract of land out of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 28,
T -2 -N, R -13 -W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, said tract more particularly described as
follows: Commencing at the NE corner of the NW 1/4,
Section 28, T -2 -N, R -13 -W; thence N 89° 39' 01" W for a
distance of 30.00 feet to the point of beginning, said
point lying on the westerly right -of -way line of Rodney
Parham Road; thence S 00 37' 30" E along the westerly
right -of -way line of Rodney Parham Road for a distance
of 570.09 feet to the point of a curvature of a curve
to the right having an internal angle of 90° 45' 00 ", a
radius of 25.00 feet, and a tangent of 25.33 feet;
thence southerly and westerly along said curve for a
distance of 39.60 feet to the point of tangency
thereof; thence N 89° 52' 30" W for a distance of
700.02 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the
right having an internal angle of 89° 15' 00 ", a radius
of 25.00 feet and a tangent of 24.67 feet; thence
westerly and northerly along said curve for a distance
of 38.94 feet to the point of tangency thereof; thence
N 000 37' 30." W for a distance of 7.98 feet to the
point of curvature of a curve to the left having an
internal angle of 736 18' 29 ", a radius of 372.25 feet
and a tangent of 277.00 feet; thence northwesterly
along said curve for a distance of 476.28 feet to a
point; thence N 000 07' 30" E for a distance of 213.57
feet to a point; thence S 89° 39' 01" E for a distance
of 1,012.69 feet to the point of beginning.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
day -care center, church and related activities.

SECTION . That the following conditions are hereby 9 1
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
