AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4597 - Described as Lots 68, 69 and 70 of Stewart's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, located in the NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 33,
T -1 -N, R -12 -W and described as: Beginning at the NW
corner of said Lot 68; thence N 89° 27' E along the
North line thereof 948.82 feet to the NE corner of
Lot 68 on the westerly right -of -way of the C.R.I. &P.
Railroad; thence S 160 26' 20" W along the westerly
right -of -way and the easterly line of said Lots 68, 69
and 70, 975.52 feet (plat 975 feet) to the SE corner of
Lot 70; thence S 89° 27' W along the South line thereof
659.58 feet to the SW corner of Lot 70; thence N 00°
48' 30" W along the West line of said Lots 70, 69 and
68, 932.95 feet to the point of beginning containing
17.224 acres more or less from "R -2" Single Family to
"I -2" Light Industrial. Less and except part of Lots
68, 69 and 70, Stewart's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as beginning
at the NW corner of said Lot 68; thence N 890 27' E
along the North line thereof 178.82 feet; thence S 02°
06' 30" E, 933.29 feet to the South line of Lot 70;
thence S 89° 27' W along said South line 200.0 feet to
the SW corner of Lot 70; thence N 00° 48' 30" W along
the West line of said Lots 70, 69 and 68, 932.95 to the
point of beginning containing 4.057 acres more or less
from "R -2" Single to "OS" Open Space (South end of
Allied Way).
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

in full force from and after its passage and approval.
