ORDINANCE NO. 15.053
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z- 3731 -A - Described as part of Tract D -2A Replat,
Riverdale Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas, more
particularly described as: Starting at the SW corner
of said Tract D -2A said corner being located on the
North right -of -way line of Cedar Hill Road; thence 1°
47' 37" W along the West line of said Tract D -2A, 68.01
feet to a point; thence N 240 34' 20" W and continuing
along said West line 339.84 to the point of beginning;
thence N 24° 34' 20" W and continuing along said West
line 80.28 feet; thence N 700 14' E, 218.61 feet;
thence S 890 34' 20" E, 231.75 feet; thence S 700 14'
W, 429.39 feet to the point of beginning containing
0.595 acres more or less from 'IMF-18" Multifamily to
"0-2" Office and Institutional.
AND
Part of Tract D -2A Replat, Riverdale Addition,
Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Starting at the SW corner of said Tract D -2A said
corner being located on the North right -of -way line of
Cedar Hill Road; thence N 10 47' 37" W along the West
line of said Tract D -2A, 68.01 feet to a point; thence
N 24° 34' 20" W and continuing along said West line
339.84 feet to a point; thence N 70° 14' E, 429.39 feet
to the point of beginning; thence N 700 14' E, 123.49
feet to a point on the East line of said Tract D -2A;
thence S 22° 15' 20" E along said East line 46.20 feet
to a point; thence N 89° 34' 20" W, 133.75 feet to the
point of beginning containing 0.0654 acres more or less
from "0-2" Office and Institutional to "MF -18"
Multifamily (Cedar Hill Road east of Riverfront
Drive).

line of Interstate Highway I -30; run thence N 64° 46' E
along the South right -of -way line of said Interstate
Highway I -30, 1,215.05 feet to the point of beginning
of the tract herein conveyed from this point of
beginning; run thence N 64° 46' E along the South
right -of -way line of said Interstate Highway I -30,
528.45 feet; thence run South to the South boundary of

Little Rock, Arkansas, from "C -4" Open Display to "O -1"
Quiet Office (1017 and 1019 West Markham).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.

in full force from and after its passage and approval.
