AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PRD
DISTRICT TITLED WESTSIDE CREEK APARTMENTS
"LONG -FORM" PRD (Z -4332) IN THE CITY y
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from "R -2" (Single Family) to
"PRD" (Planned Residential District).
Part of the NE 1/4, Section 20, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of the NE 1/4 of said
Section 20, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, thence N 1° 08' 55" West
along the West line of said NE 1/4 a distance of
1343.32 feet to a point on the North line of a 50 foot
Little Rock Municipal Water Works Easement; thence S
60° 48' 48" East along the North line of said 50 feet
easement 632.65 feet; thence leaving said 50 foot
easement, S 1° 02' 18" E, 1030.09 feet to a point on
the South line of the NE 1/2 of said Section 20; thence
S 890 30' 53" W, 544.08 feet along said South line
(said line also being the North line of Woodlawn Farm
Acre Tracts as recorded in Plot Book 1, Page 118), to
the point of beginning, containing 14.852 acres more or
less. (Highway 10 and Sam Peck Road)
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Westside Creek "Long -Form" PRD is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval from the
Planning Commission within the time specified by Article IX,
Section 9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section I hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
