AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
PURCHASE THE EAST 3.0 ACRES OF PARK SITE
9C(NP); APPROPRIATING $105,000 FROM THE 1977
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND (PARKS INTEREST ACCOUNT)
FOR SAID LANDS AND REMOVING THE WEST 7.5 ACRES
OF PARK SITE 9C(NP) FROM THE MASTER PARKS PLAN.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
purchase the east 3.0 acres of the Park Site 9C(NP).
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the 1977
Capital Improvement Fund (Parks Interest Account) the sum of
$105,000 for acquisition of said 3.0 acres.
SECTION 3. The west 7.5 acres of Park Site 9C(NP) is
hereby removed from the Master Parks Plan.
