ORDINANCE NO. 15,044 66
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
11715 RAINWOOD, SUITE NO. 6 (Z- 3315 -C),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A part of Lots 5 and 6, Morgan Subdivision, being a
part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: from the NE corner of said Lot 6 run
S 00° 42' 50" E and along the East line of said Lot 6
30.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue
S 00° 42' 50" E and along the said East line of Lot 6
247.17 feet; thence S 88° 16' W, 318.60 feet to a point
on the eastern right -of -way line and along a 447.50
feet radius curve to the right with a chord bearing of
N 08° 37' 50" W and a distance of 129.45 feet to the
point of tangency thereof; thence N 00° 18' 10" W and
along the said East right -of -way line of Green Mountain
Drive 124.85 feet to the South right -of -way line of
Rainwood Drive; thence N 89° 10' 30" E and along the
South right -of -way line of Rainwood Drive 335.54 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 1.911 acres, more
or less.
This property is zoned "C -3" and is to be used an
automobile electronic sales and installation service.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
