AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
6311 1/2 BASELINE ROAD (Z -4586)
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the fractional NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 1,
T -1 -S, R -13 -W, of the fifth principal meridian more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of the fractional NE 1/4,
NE 1/4, Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas; thence S 010 17' 03" W, 25.00 feet along the
West line of said NE 1/4, NE 1/4 to the point of
beginning located on the South right -of -way line (by
usage) of Baseline Road; thence S 890 18' 59" E, 503.40
feet along said South right -of -way line and parallel to
the North line of said NE 1/4, NE 1/4 to a point;
thence S 01° 01' 16" W, 636.86 feet to a point on the
North line of Castlewood Subdivision; thence
N 89° 19' 03" W, 506.32 feet along said North
subdivision line to a point on the West line of said
NE 1/4, NE 1/4; thence N 010 17' 03" E, 636.89 feet
along said West line of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4 to the point
of beginning; area containing 7.381 acres, more or
less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used as a
church with an existing elementary school.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
