AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
10200 WEST 36TH STREET (Z -4584)
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 15, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows:
Starting at the SW corner of said SE 1/4, NW 1/4;
thence N 00° 07' E, 250.0 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue N 00° 07' E, 372.0 feet;
thence S 89° 53' E, 176.0 feet; thence N 78° 41' 58" E,
285.20 feet; thence S 21° 50' 40" E, 45.73 feet; thence
S 240 00' 10" E, 215.0 feet; thence S 180 02' 20" E,
102.32 feet; thence S O10 48' 01" E, 176.59 feet;
thence S 08° 02' 22" W, 127.36 feet; thence
N 890 52' 45" W, 372.05 feet; thence N 000 07' E, 210.0
feet; thence N 890 52' 45" W, 208.7 feet, to the point
of beginning, containing 6.77 acres, more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used as a
church and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
