AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
2014 EAST FOURTH STREET (Z- 4557),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the S 1/2 of Block 6, Garland Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, described as beginning
100 feet West of the SE corner of Block 6; thence West
50 feet; thence North 150 feet; thence East 50 feet;
thence South 150 feet to the point of beginning in the
S 1/2 of Block 6, Garland Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
This property is zoned "R -4" and is to be used as a
day -care center.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
