ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
9701 WEST MARKHAM STREET (Z- 1706 -A)
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Lot 1, West Markham Heights Addition and the North 200
feet of the East 150.0 feet of Lot 6, West Markham
Street Subdivision, and the North 300 feet of the West
148.0 feet of Lot 5, West Markham Street Subdivision,
all in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used as a
church and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
