ORDINANCE NO. 15,034
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
5708 MEADOWLARK DRIVE IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, APPROVING A
DAY -CARE FAMILY HOME IN THE "R -2"
DISTRICT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a special use permit be granted to
allow a day -care family on the following property as
indicated:
Z -4579 - Described as part of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4,
SeSe ticon 30, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at a point which is 177 feet
North of and 358 feet West of SE corner of said NW 1/4,
SW 1/4; thence W 82 feet; thence N 216 feet; thence
E 82 feet; thence S 216 feet to the point of beginning
being also described as Lot 27, Homewood Acres,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, currently zoned
"R -2" Single Family (5708 Meadowlark Drive).

SECTION 2. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
