AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
(a) Z -4569 - Described as part of the E 1/2, E 1/2, SW 1/4
of Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Commencing at
the NE corner of said E 1/2, E 1/2, SW 1/4 of
Section 35; thence S 890 45' 00" W along the North line
of said E 1/2, E 1/2, SW 1/4, 652.80 feet; thence S 0°
12' 50" E, 397.70 feet to the point of beginning;
thence S 0° 05' 30" W, 1,005.65 feet to the North
right -of -way line of Interstate Highway 30; thence N
64° 48' 10" E along said North right -of -way line 333.18
feet; thence N 00 05' 30" E along said North
right -of -way line 33.19 feet; thence N 640 48' 10"
along said North right -of -way line 92.07 feet; thence
10° 27' 20" W, 519.33 feet along the West right -of -way
line of Warehouse Road; thence N 0° 0' 10" E, 278.73
feet along said West right -of -way line; thence N 890
39' 30" W, 289.55 feet to the point of beginning
containing 6.85 acres more or less from "R -2" Single
Family to "C -4" Open Display (I -30 Frontage Road and
Warehouse Road, NW corner).
(b) Z -4582 - Described as Lot 8, Block 270, Original City
of L the Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "C -3"
General Commercial to "R -4" Two Family District
(1418 Chester).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
