ORDINANCE NO. 15,029 20
AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING ORDINANCE NO.
14,274 AND REVOKING A PORTION OF PRD
DISTRICT TITLED PARKWAY VILLAGE IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,274 was passed on
August 3, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the ordinance changed the zone classification
from "R -2" Single Family to PRD on the following described
property:
Part of the NW 1/4 of the Northwest of Section 5,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as: starting at the Northwest
of said Section 5; thence S 87° 41' 28" E along the
North line of said Section 5 a distance of 30.00 feet
to the point of beginning; thence continuing
S 87° 40' 28" E along said North line 449.58 feet;
thence S 00° 57' 55" W, 966.98 feet; thence
N 89° 02' 05" W, 115.00 feet to a point on the East
right -of -way line of Parkway Drive; thence northerly
along said East right -of -way line to the point of
beginning containing 5.5 acres, more or less; and
WHEREAS, the ordinance was to have taken effect for the
entire PRD upon final approval of the plan by the Little
Rock Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the owner has not submitted a final
development plan /plat for a portion of the PRD within the
prescribed time; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by resolution
(attached as Exhibit A) recommends that the above described
property be reclassified and the PRD classification be
revoked.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,274 is hereby
modified.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site plan /plat
approved by Ordinance No. 14,274 is hereby modified.

SECTION 3. That the PRD district classification of the
below listed property is revoked and the former "R -2" Single
Family classification is restored on the Official Zoning
Map:
Part of the NW 1/4 of the Northwest of Section 5,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as starting at the Northwest of
said Section 5; thence S 87° 41' 28" E along the North
line of said Section 5 a distance of 30.00 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continuing S 870 40' 28" E
along the said North line 449.58 feet; thence
S 00° 57' 55" W, 966.98 feet; thence N 890 02' 05" W,
115.00 feet to a point on the East right -of -way line of
Parkway Drive; thence northerly along said East
right -of -way line to the point of beginning containing
5.5 acres, more or less.
