AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
THE SOUTH TERMINIOUS OF BROADWAY
(Z- 708 -A), SETTING FORTH THE
CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 15, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Beginning at the SE corner of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, NE
1/4, said Section 15; thence S 880 28' West along the
South line of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4, NE 1/4, 433.2 'feet
to a point; thence N 000 42' 15" W, 165.62 feet to a
point; thence S 88° 45' W, 195.9 feet to a point on the
East right -of -way line of South Arch Street; thence N
000 37' East along said East right -of -way line, 52.5
feet to a point; thence N 880 45' E, 136.6 feet to a
point; thence N 00° 37' E, 52.5 feet to a point; thence
N 880 45' 34" E, 14.8 feet to a point; thence N 88° 15'
27" E, 198.35 feet to a point on the west right -of -way
line of South Broadway Street; thence N 87° 58' 06" E,
80.04 feet to a point on the East right -of -way line of
South Broadway Street; thence N 89° 24' 02" E, 200.2
feet to a point on the East line of said NW 1/4, SW
1/4, NE 1/4, said Section 15; thence South along said
East line, 269.0 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 3.0101 acres, more or less.
This property is zoned "R -4" and is to be used for a
church, family center, and school (kindergarten through
8th grade), and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That the applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements,
and the approved site plan.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
