AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL Y V 1
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
10721 KANIS ROAD (Z- 4745), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A part of the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: From the
NW corner of said Section 10, run S 880 08' E, 182
feet; thence run S O1° 42' 30" W, 40 feet to the point
of beginning.from said point of beginning run S O1° 42'
30" W, 134 feet; thence run N 88° 08' W, 182 feet to a
point on the East right -of -way of Shackleford Road;
thence run N O10 42' 30" E, 101 feet along said East
right -of -way; thence run N 62° 34' 15" E, 77.1 feet to
a point on the South right -of -way of Kanis Road; thence
run S 88° 08' E, 117.76 feet,along said right -of -way to
the point of beginning, containing 0.55 acres, more or
less.
This property is zoned 110 -2" and is to be used for a
restaurant without drive -in services, live entertainment,
or a dance floor.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements,
and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
