AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4678 - Described as a part of the W 1/2, NW 1/4, NW
1/4, Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
From the NW corner of Section 10, run S 88° 08' E, 182
feet; thence S 01° 42' 30" W, 40 feet to the point of
beginning, from said point of beginning run S 01° 42'
30" W, 134 feet; thence N 88° 08' W, 182 feet to a
point on the East right -of -way of Shackleford Road;
thence N 01° 42' 30" E, 101 feet along said East
right -of -way; thence run N 62° 34' 15" E, 77.1 feet to
a point on the South right -of -way of Kanis Road; thence
run S 880 08' E, 117.76 feet along said right -of -way to
point of beginning containing 0.55 acres, more or less
from "0-3" General Office to "0 -2" Office and
Institutional (10721 Kanis Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
