AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
7, -4755 - Described as W 1/2, W 1/2, SW 1/4 of
SeSe ticon 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
the SW corner of said W 1/2, W 1/2, SW 1/4; thence N
00° 25' 11" W along the West line of said W 1/2, W 1/2,
SW 1/4, 1,134.21 feet to a point on the South
right -of -way line of U.S. Interstate Highway 30; thence
N 63° 53' 12" E along the South right-of-way line of
said U.S. Interstate Highway 30 389.03 feet; thence
continue along South right -of -way of U.S. Interstate
Highway 30, N 68° 11' 40" E, 310.22 feet; thence S 02°
53' 52" E, 1,398.67 feet to a point on the South line
of said W 1/2, W 1/2, SW 1/4 and the northerly
right -of -way line of Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence
S 88° 03' 24" W along the South line of said W 1/2, W
1/2, SW 1/4, 700.15 feet to the point of beginning
containing 19.67 acres more or or less from "R -2"
Single Family to "I -2" Light Industrial and "OS" Open
Space (12,835 I -30).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
