• ORDINANCE NO. 15,224 •
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
(a) Z- 3108 -A - Described as all of that part of
Tract 8, West Markham Street Subdivision in the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
described as beginning at the NE corner of Lot 11,
Phase I, Corporate Hill Subdivision (filed for
record March 11, 1983, in Plat Book A, Page 864);
thence S 880 16' 10" E along the South
right -of -way line of West Markham Street a
distance of 105.88 feet; thence S 030 07' 30" W,
317.6 feet; thence N 88° 58' 20" W, 97.2 feet to a
point on the Fast boundary line of said Phase I,
Corporate Hill Subdivision; thence N 010 33' 30" E
along said East boundary line 318.7 feet to the
point of beginning containing 0.74 acres more or
less from "R -2" Single Family to "0 -3" General
Office (9923 West Markham).
(b) Z -4750 - Described as Lots 4 and 5, Block 1,
Prosperity Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "I -2" Light
Industrial to "R -3" Single Family (3315 West
30th).

(c) Z -4770 - Described as part of Lot 4, Bixler
Commercial Subdivsion to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as beginning at the SE corner of said
Lot 4; thence N 88° 50' 18" W, 275.31 feet to the
NW corner of Lot 2, said Bixler Commercial
Subdivision; thence N 00 42' 46" E, 272.00 feet to
the NE corner of Lot 3 of said Bixler Commercial
Subdivision; thence N 89° 27' 26" W, 270.00 feet
to the NW corner of said Lot 3; thence said point

being on the East right -of -way line of 452
Interstate 430; thence N 20 51' 53" E along said
East right -of -way line 94.42 feet; thence
continuing along said East right -of -way line N 10°
14' 03" E, 255.69 feet; thence S 88° 18' 00" E,
501.42 feet to a point on the West right -of -way
line of Natural Resources Drive; thence S 4° 29'
50" E along said West right -of -way line 70.80
feet; thence continuing along said West
right -of -way line S 10 09' 45" W, 500.00 feet;
thence continuing along said West right -of -way
line S 6° 52' 23" W, 41.00 feet to the point of
beginning containing 5.944 acres more or less from
"0 -2" Office and Institutional to "0-3" General
Office (300 Natural Resources Drive).
(d) Z -4771 - Described as Lot 3, Block 5, Centennial
Add tit on to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
from "R -4" Two Family to "C -3" General Commercial
(Battery south of West 12th).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
