4 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15- 17.1(b)(1)
5 and (b)(2) OF THE LITTLE ROCK CODE OF
6 ORDINANCES TO INCREASE THE FEES FOR DUMPING
7 IN THE SANITARY LANDFILL.

9 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
10 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

12 Section 1. Little Rock Code of Ordinances 515- 17.1(b)(1)
13 and (b)(2) is hereby amended to read as follows:

15 (b) The charges referred to in subsection (a) hereof shall
16 be as follows:

18 (1) Each compacted cubic yard with a minimum
19 of $5.00 per dumping... $2.00
20
21 (2) Each non - compacted cubic yard with a
22 minumum of $5.00 per dumping...$1.50
23
24 Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective January 1,
25 1987.
