AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
9800 NASH LANE (Z- 4756), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning in the center of Nash Lane and
Sibley Hole Road being the NE corner of the NW 1/4, SW
1/4; thence South for 910 feet in the center of Nash
Lane to a point; thence S 89° 10' W for 652.34 feet;
thence N 00° 53' E for 810.0 feet to a point in the
center of Sibley Hole Road; thence along the center of
Sibley Hole Road N 89° 10' E for 639.78 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 12.0 acres, more or
less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
church and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements,
and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
