AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
5121 BASELINE ROAD (Z- 4738), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR.OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the West 1/2 of the fractional NE 1/4 of
Section 6, T -1 -S, R -12 -W in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Commencing at
the NE corner of said W 1/2 of fractional NE 1/4;
thence run W 880 feet along the North line thereof to
the point of beginning; thence run West on the North
line thereof 220 feet; thence run South parallel to the
West line thereof 425.6 feet; thence run East 220 feet;
thence run North parallel to the West line 419.3 feet
to the point of beginning.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
church and Christian school.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements,
the approved site plan, and the understanding that the
six temporary classrooms will be allowed only for three
years from the passage of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
