AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 14,958 AND REVOKING A "PCD" DISTRICT
TITLED PLEASANT VALLEY PARK RETIREMENT
CENTER "PCD" (Z -4482) IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,958 was passed on October 1,
1985; and
WHEREAS, the ordinance changed the zone classification
to Planned Commercial Development on the following described
property:
W 1/2, SE 1/4, NW 1/4, NW 1/4 and E 1/2, SW 1/4, NW
1/4, NW 1/4, Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, consisting of 10.0089 acres.
WHEREAS, the ordinance was to have taken effect upon
final approval of the plan by the Little Rock Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the owner has not submitted a final
development plan /plat within the prescribed time; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by resolution on
November 11, 1986, recommended that the above described
property be reclassified and that the "PCD" classification
be revoked.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,958 is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat approved by Ordinance No. 14,958 is hereby
revoked.
SECTION 3. That the "PCD" District classification of
the below listed property is revoked and the "PRD"
classification is placed on the official zoning map:
W 1/2, SE 1/4, NW 1/4, NW 1/4, and E 1/2, SW 1/4,
NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, consisting of 10.0089 acres.
