AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4748 - described as: Commencing at the SW corner of
t e NW 1/4, NW 1/4 of Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas; run thence North a distance
of 319 feet; thence East along the South line of Lots
5, 4, 3 and 2 and to a distance of 392 feet for a point
of beginning of this tract; run thence East 98 feet;
thence run North a distance of 376 feet to the
centerline of West 12th Street pike; run thence
northwesterly along the centerline of said West 12th
Street pike a distance of 110.3 feet, which-is 98 feet
West of the East boundary line of this tract; run
thence South a distance of 427.6 feet to the point of
beginning, said tract being also described as Tract 1
of the plat of Curran property from "R -2" Single Family
to "C -3" General Commercial (9015 Kanis Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
