AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK,,ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4731 - described as: The South 63 feet of the North
1111 —met of Block 5, and all of Block 4, lying West of
the C.R.I. &P. Railroad, except the North 51 feet in
Worthen's Subdivision, City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows: commencing at the NW corner of Lot 1, Block 5
in the Union Depot Addition, City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence N 63° 21' 05" E for
30.44 feet to the point of beginning, being a spike set
in West Markham Street as shown on survey dated
November 19, 1965, prepared by John P. Powers, R.L.S.
as the South corner between said Blocks 4 and 5,
Worthen's Subdivision; thence S 88° 15' 25" E for
175.00 feet to an iron pin shown on said Powers survey;
thence N 02° 56' 59" E for 191.61 feet chord distance
along the West right -of -way of the C.R.I. &P. Railroad
to a point; thence N 04° 48' 25" W for 97.10 feet chord
distance along said railroad right -of -way to a point;
thence N 06° 27' 25" W for 68.02 feet chord distance
along railroad right -of -way to a point on the South
easement line of an 8 -inch sanitary sewer line; thence
N 86° 47' 55" W for 165.46 feet along said sanitary
sewer easement line to a point; thence N 87° 14' 55" W
for 363.28 feet along said sanitary sewer line to a
point; thence S 0° 07' 09" W for 366.09 feet to a
point; thence S 88° 15' 25" E for 182.99 feet along
West Markham Street to a point; thence S 880 15' 25" E
for 177.01 feet along said West Markham Street to the
point of beginning, said area containing 4.46 acres,
more or less. From "I -3" Heavy Industrial to "MF -24"
Multifamily (West Markham and Battery Streets).

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
