ORDINANCE NO. 15,185
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
8421 ASHER AVENUE (Z- 4682), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 49, Block 3, Westwood
Addition: Run thence West 53 feet more or less along
the South right -of -way line of State Highway No. 5;
thence South 85 feet more or less; thence East 51 feet
more or less; thence North 87 feet more or less to said
South right -of -way line of State Highway No. 5 and the
point of beginning; and Lot 50, Block 3, Westwood
Addition.
This property is zoned "C -3" and is to be used for a
used car lot and an auto repair facility.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements,
and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
