ORDINANCE NO. 15,182
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
5200 SOUTH UNIVERSITY AVENUE (2- 2658 -A),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A part of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4 of Section 24, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W and a part of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4 of Section 24,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W and a part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4 of
Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence runs West 386.9
feet to a point; thence N 00° 55' W, 950.9 feet to a
point; thence N 510 20' E, 182.9 feet to a point on the
top bank of Fourche Creek; thence N 40° 34' E, 160.0
feet along the top bank of Fourche Creek to a point;
thence N 47° 03' E, 187.6 feet along the top bank of
Fourche Creek to a point; thence N 890 35' 38" E,
634.57 feet along the top bank of Fourche Creek to a
point; said point being on the West right -of -way line
of U.S. Highway 67 -70 and the North line of the NE 1/4,
SE 1/4, Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence S 05" 34' W,
583.1 feet along the West right -of -way line of said
highway to a point; thence S 840 26' E, 52.0 feet to a
point on the West right -of -way line of said highway;
thence S 050 34' W, 290 feet; thence W 400 feet; thence
S 300 feet; thence E 375 feet to the West right -of -way
line of U.S. Highway 67 -167; thence North along the
West right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 67 -167 to the
point of beginning.
This property is zoned "C -3" and is to be used for an
automobile repair facility.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:

That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements,
and the approved site plan. This conditional use
permit will be valid for one year from the date of this
ordinance passage and after such time shall become
invalid and /or expired..
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
