ORDINANCE NO. 15,170
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14,820, THE
OTTER CREEK DISTRICT PLAN, FROM SINGLE FAMILY,
PUBLIC /INSTITUTIONAL, MIXED RESIDENTIAL AND
MULTI - FAMILY TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Otter Creek District Land Use Plan was
approved by the City Board of Directors in 1985, and
WHEREAS, development proposals have recently been
discussed which were not known at the time of the adoption
of the Plan, and
WHEREAS, land use conditions are changing in the
area, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and staff have
reviewed and recommended the proposed plan amendments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Otter Creek District Plan is hereby
amended from Single- family, Public /Institutional, and
Mixed Residential to Light Industrial. The area affected
is located north of Baseline Road, east of I -430 and west
of Fourche Creek as illustrated on the attached drawing.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
