ORDINANCE NO. 15,143 273
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
2415 NORTH TYLER STREET (Z- 4265 -A),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 30, T -2 -N, R -12 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as:
Starting at the SW corner of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4, said
Section 30; thence S 88° 21' 00" East along the south
line of said NE 1/4, SW 1/4, 607.5 feet to a point also
being on the north line of Block 6, Newton's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; thence N 16° 57'
00" W, 247.10 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing N 16° 57' 00" W, 155.73 feet to a point;
thence N 24° 37' 40" W, 136.97 feet to a point; thence
N 560 53' 30" W, 5.23 feet to a point; thence S 89° 28'
10" E, 236.20 feet to a point; thence southeasterly
along the arc of a 277.0 feet radius curve to the left,
having a chord bearing a distance of S 16° 18' 17" E,
272.31 feet to a point; thence southeasterly along the
arc of a 96.14 feet radius curve to the left, having a
chord bearing and distance of S 53° 09' 45" E, 24.80
feet to a point; thence N 89° 28' 10" W, 225.64 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 53,079 square feet
or 1.2185 acres, more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for
offices, studios and accessory uses for education and
nonprofit organizations.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
