AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14,978,
RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY ON LINDSEY ROAD IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A DESCRIPTION CORRECTION
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4553 - Described as: Part of the SE 1/4, lying west
of the centerline of Fourche Bayou in Section 17,
T -1 -N, R -11 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Starting at the SW corner of the SE 1/4, Section 17;
thence south 87° 47' 31" E along the south line of
Section 17 a distance of 364.21 feet; thence N V 43'
27" E, 903.46 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing N 4° 43' 27" E, 776.46 feet; thence N 18°
44' 57" E, 240.20 feet to a point on the south
right -of -way line of Lindsey Road; thence S 71° 15' 03"
East along said south right -of -way line 386.41 feet;
thence continuing along said south right -of -way line
S 680 38' 17" E, 47.59 feet; thence S 40 43' 27" W,
902.24 feet; thence N 85° 16' 33" W, 478.70 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 10.430 acres, more or
less, from , "R -2" Single Family to "I -2" Light
Industrial (Lindsey Road west of Fourche Bayou).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code or Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the zoning amendment accomplished by
Ordinance No. 14,978 is hereby corrected to encompass all of
the property which was approved for this zoning
classification.
SECTION 4. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
