AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
z -4676 - Described as: A part of the N 1/2, NE 1/4,
Section 5, T -1 -S, R -12 -W; and a part of Lots 2, 3, 4,
and 6 of Breedlove Subdivision, all in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of said N 1/2 NE 1/4,
Section 5; thence N 13° Of E, 105.0 feet along the
centerline of Hilaro Springs Road; thence N 88° 46' E,
26.2 feet; thence N 13° 15' East along the easterly
right -of -way line of Hilaro Springs Road 359.2 feet;
thence N 14° 03' E, along said right -of -way line 216.0
feet; thence S 88° 02' E, 210.6 feet to a point on the
west line of Lot 4, Breedlove Subdivision; thence N 2°
50' E along said west line 150.0 feet the south
right -of -way line of Baseline Road; thence S 88° 21' E
along said right -of -way line 267.16 feet to a point on
the east line of the west 43.0 feet of Lot 2, Breedlove
Subdivision; thence S 1° 22' W, 327.4 feet (to a point
which is N 88° 16' E, 43.0 feet from the SW corner of
Lot 2, Breedlove Subdivision); thence S 1° 42' E,
458.75 feet to the north line of East Coffer
Subdivision; thence S 89° 32'W, 247.7 feet along said
north line of East Coffer Subdivision; thence S 88° 54'
W, 426.73 feet to the point of beginning and containing
9.35.acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single Family to
"C -2" Shopping Center District (Baseline and Hilaro
Springs Road, southeast corner).
